Law

The contract will be governed by Dutch law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General liability

Paragliding is a high-risk sport with the potential for (serious) injury or death. While FlyNivium acts with due care and strives to ensure the safest possible practice of its activities, the responsibility for participation or use of materials rests entirely with the participant (except in cases of demonstrable negligence or willful misconduct by FlyNivium). FlyNivium, its employees, team members, and other members accept no liability arising from participation or use of purchased, rented, or otherwise provided materials.

Insurance

For every booking with us it  is essential that you have travel insurance which covers you for :

• Medical Treatment
• Medical Repatriation
• Search & Rescue by helicopter

Payment options & conditions

We accept banktransfers and PayPal payments in EURO. If the bank charges additional fees for the transfer, these will be at your own expense.

Cancellation Policy:

• Early Cancellations (3 months or more): For cancellations made at least 3 months before the trip start date, we will provide a full refund, minus any bank or processing fees.
• Late Cancellations (less than 3 months): Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 3 months of the trip start date. However, you may apply the credit towards a different trip (subject to availability) or transfer it to a friend who meets the trip requirements.
